1. Service scope

Research Compass provides publication and venue discovery tools, including journal and conference search, publication assistant modules, risk checks and deadline information.

2. Data accuracy

We work to keep records current, but conference dates, deadlines, journal metrics and publisher information can change. Always verify critical information on the official journal, publisher or conference website before submitting work or making payments.

3. User accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using the platform lawfully. Account features may include saved venues, favorites, shortlists and deadline alerts.

4. Paid features

If paid plans are enabled, pricing, billing period, cancellation rules and available payment methods will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe.

5. No publication guarantee

Research Compass does not guarantee acceptance, indexing, peer-review outcomes, publication speed or eligibility for any institutional evaluation.
